Over the past couple of years I’ve noticed a significant shift in my friendships, people coming & going. This has led me to reflect on what I value in relationships: quality connections, ease, laughter, respect, and mutual care.

Spirituality has been important to me for the last 25 years, and I’ve aimed to help others through my presence and by meeting them where they are. These are extraordinary times, pushing us to the edges of who we are, which can be painful and challenging. What I desire more of is a sense of community—like-minded people who are curious about life, open-hearted, and interested in exploring new ideas, philosophies, and ways of being. Most importantly, I want a place to learn, heal, and grow.

I’ve been thinking about two questions:
How have I made space for friendship and community in my life? And what would I like to change to make it happen? Reflecting on these questions resulting in the idea of Jigsouls.

I started on what I can only describe as an amazing spiritual journey 10 years ago. I use the analogy of being on a mystery tour bus. Not certain of the final destination however you get to meet like minded souls who join and exit along the way. Meeting and sharing has helped me so much and this is why Jigsouls resonated with me - a place where we can meet, share and help one another.

When I first heard about JigSouls, my immediate thought was—why not?! Why wouldn’t I want to be part of something so special? The idea of creating a space where people can connect, feel supported, and grow together really speaks to me. I love being part of anything that nurtures and uplifts, and JigSouls is the perfect place for that. It aligns so naturally with my passion for holistic well-being, and I’m excited about the opportunity to contribute and be part of it!
